IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BILL PAY MEMBERS!!

There are some changes to Bill Pay that you need to be aware of. First, the payment model that is being used will be changed. We will be using the Send Date Model. When scheduling the payment the Bill Pay Member will choose the date that the payment is to be sent to the Payee. Directly below the box where the Send Date is chosen an ‘Estimated Payment Date’ will be listed. Please verify that the Estimated Payment Date is prior to your Due Date for the bill. The funds for the payment will be deducted on the date the payment is sent.

After Bill Pay comes back online please verify that your scheduled payments are correct. The important things to verify are:
• Payment Date
• Payment Frequency
• Final Payment Date (if applicable)
• Amount
• Pay From Account
