Member Service Representative
Navarro Branch – Full Time
Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in customer service
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Friendly and willing attitude to serve members in a professional way
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Open, update, and close deposit accounts and specialty accounts
• Assist with financial transactions, account services, and other duties assigned
• Must be able to research and resolve issues in a timely, accurate manner
• Must be able to operate computer keyboard and ten key calculator
• Discuss, process and decision consumer loan applications
• Assist in administrative duties including reports and receptionist duties
• Able to accept function and responsibility changes without notice
• Keep a safe work place and observe security procedures
• Actively engage in credit union events and activities
• Reports to Branch Manager

Teller
Port Lavaca Branch – Full Time
Full-time responsible individual to perform teller paying and receiving functions at the Port Lavaca location.
Applicant must have excellent oral communication skills with a pleasant personallity and professional appearance.
Accuracy is a must.
Previous experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
